Newly owned by Samantha & Shaun, this 1970s property has an abundance of potential but needed some TLC to transform it into a beautiful home. A priority to the clients was their main bathroom, unofficially named ‘The Rose Gold House’ the clients wanted to incorporate this into the bathroom whilst ensuring we created a timeless interior. We first focused on maximising the space within the bathroom, a room that required clever planning to ensure that we met the potential it had. Working with a range of our suppliers we were able to incorporate an offset quadrant shower, freestanding bath, wall hung vanity sink unit and back to wall WC within the design finished perfectly with a HD TV and clever niche storage.
We then worked closely with the client to select finishes such as the white gloss subway tiles and large mirror to create a light and bright room. We injected personality and elements of the client’s taste into the space, achieved with beautiful patterned floor tiles and the feature of the bathroom, the stunning rose gold brassware, giving that nod to the newly named ‘Rose Gold House’.
