Concept & Design

Our initial design meeting is where we learn what exactly is important to you.  All clients are provided with a written proposal that outlines the brief and points discussed.

We then create a concept scheme. This is presented as a number of visual aids – a great tool allowing the client to understand our thinking.  Draft visuals using industry leading software, layouts and digital moodboards will be provided bespoke to your project.

As well as a concept scheme pack, the client will also receive a draft cost plan. This allows the client to manage budget and expectation from an early stage in their journey with Brass & Rose Interiors.

Source & Specify

Once all elements in the concept scheme are agreed to, the project moves into the source and specify stage.
Brass & Rose will propose suitable samples and products from tried and trusted suppliers, always considering the importance of quality and budget.  As part of this detailed design stage, showroom appointments and product samples will be arranged by our team.  Project layouts and 3D visuals will be refined to align with final material and colour selections.

A priority at this stage is to provide a revised cost plan to ensure the client is completely satisfied with all aspects of the final designs and selections.

Install & Manage

To ensure our leading level of quality and workmanship, Brass & Rose provide a fully project managed service, working with experienced and trusted trades. Our clients are provided with a detailed schedule of works, advising of installation dates and associated trades for the completion of their project.

The project is coordinated and managed by our team to guarantee completion to both the client and Brass & Rose’s satisfaction. Having a key on-site presence allows us to maintain quality and progress throughout the life of the project.
